The KGR-42 is easily integrated into modern SATCOM networks and also replaces legacy Ground Operating Equipment (GOE) cryptos in existing networks - all with one hardware platform. Delivering modern networking standards for your SOC, the KGR-42 supports multiple Encryptor Compatibility Modes (ECMs), allowing users to quickly change missions and interoperate with multiple types of Airborne Vehicle Equipment (AVE) cryptos.
This enterprise-friendly device supports a wide range of advanced remote device management features including a web-based graphical user interface (GUI), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), system logging protocol (SYSLOG) event reporting, and a secure Network Time Protocol (NTP) clock synchronization.
The software reprogrammable KGR-42 can be software upgraded over time without hardware changes to meet the mission needs of new and existing SOCs. Software updates allow for upgrades or functionality modifications for future applications including updated algorithms, KMI compatibility, key specifications, device management, cybersecurity support, and Transmission Security (TRANSEC).
